Hello there! 

 

I’m Celeste, a certified health and wellness coach with a passion for helping career driven women transform their bodies and minds by achieving their health, fitness and wellness goals. 

Why am I doing this?  Because I’ve been there.  Thriving in my career but struggling to find work life balance.  Working late, eating out, skipping workouts, drinking too much – you name it.  My life revolved around my career and my clients until my body would no longer allow it.

After gaining 30 pounds in less than a year and hitting a total burnout, I vowed to myself that I would make changes for the better.  I pursued my life coaching certification, became a nutrition and wellness specialist and started changing my habits for the better – one simple step at a time. 

Within 6 months of using the tools, knowledge and resources that I had now had access to, I became a new woman and have never looked back. 

Now as a coach, I work with other successful career women who are making great strides at work but yearn to replicate that same level of success within their bodies and minds.

I am so excited to helping you through this journey.  Change is absolutely possible, and just around the corner!

    It's true that greater than 95% of your daily habits are the result of our subconscious thoughts.  Using proven NLP re-programming techniques and unique exercises, we’ll have you believing you can achieve your goals with no excuses, and outstanding results!

  • Healthy Salad

    NOURISHING YOUR BODY: 

    For many of my clients, this is a two-session topic as the first session will often focus on creating the ideal nutritional plan for your body, including what you currently eat and drink vs. what your body needs most.  We will create a healthy nutrition plan together, along with tips on how-to executive on that plan.  

  • NOURISHING YOUR BODY PART 2: 

    This part of our program will be focused on making it super easy to incorporate your healthy eating plan into your every day.  From meal planning to grocery shopping, we’ll explore no-fail ways you can make the necessary changes you need to make to better manage your nutritional needs.

  • Zen

    CREATING A POSITIVE MINDSET: 

    Together we’ll identify your current thought patterns and ensure you are actively fueling your mind with positive and healthy thoughts, people, and information.  This will include a deep-dive look at how you currently spend your day, what you think about most often, and who you spend your time with. 

  • Runner

    BECOMING MORE FIT: 

    We all know that moving our bodies is of critical importance to our overall body and mind wellness.  First, we’ll explore your current fitness level and what you would like to achieve.  And from there we'll identify which types of movement feel best for your body and from there find ways to incorporate movement into your everyday.
